This was start up operation with a company that had very poor leadership and infrastructure. I came in with the company only having 80 employees. By the time I left I had increased the headcount to 320. I was the sole person in human resources. I got an assistant in August 2017. I created a positive work environment without the support of my immediate Supervisor or the CEO. I created an environment based on respect and customer service. Employees knew where they stood with the HR Department. They were all treated fairly and with dignity. They knew they could approach me at any time, and I would give them an answer or respond their needs.
