Many years ago I worked for the Target Distribution Center from after Thanksgiving thru Christmas. They were great to work for. Also had pizza every Friday and they paid more than other companies in the area.
It is a start, but raises are better than bonuses, and what is 200$ really? I think Target workers are thinking about Unionizing and this may be a cheap counter to any real change.
