Well being in the positions that I've always been in I am always in the operation of things so I get to brainstorm on new ideas on how to improve the flow of production areas. I've done changes to the outbound flow of the way the freight or materials moved once getting verified off the trailers and the changes I did make worked so good they to this day are still doing it the same way so that speaks for it self. I have done some restructuring to sorting areas that aloud that department to increase their daily volume output. So I can say that I have done some good things in my time to list a couple that I'm proud to say are still in place to this day.
