Front Desk Associates needed to work in COVID 19 Testing Sites/Facilities throughout New York City.

Interested candidates must have a minimum of 1 year previous and recent front desk medical/health care experience in a fast paced doctor’s office, hospital, or clinic.

Previous experience or familiarity with Epic EMR software a plus but not required. HS Diploma or Equivalent required.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Meet & Greet Patients
• Enter patient demographic information into the system
• Verify insurance information
• Update patient information • Review and scan documents, including insurance information
• Ensure accurate entry of insurance information to facilitate successful reimbursement from insurance companies
• Contact patients if needed for verification or to share information
• Coordinate with providers, nurses, techs, and other staff to resolve problems
• Provide timely, routine reporting on patient flow and volume as required

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with Epic EMR system
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Four year HS Diploma or its educational equivalent
