I've been working customer service for the last 25 years I know how to treat customers and customers need to be treated this is a great opportunity for me to show my experience thank you

That's how I feel last year when I was doing seasonal work at Macy's in Union Square I made sure that this year that I was going to go back there and I did but everything has changed and only thing that kept me going was being able to satisfy customers and make them smile and laugh coworkers disrespectful unprofessional and really not down to earth it's just wasn't the same this Christmas there as a matter fact it had gotten so bad till I ended up leaving the position early because I couldn't take the blatant unprofessionalism that was occurring every evening it's sad that people can be at a job that they really like
