Hard Time Getting Interviews
I’ve been staying home to raise children for the past 12 years and even though I had a strong resume before that, I’m not getting any calls back for interviews. Could it be the gap in my employment? Could it be because I’m older? Any suggestions are welcomed. #interview

Remember Ann, when you do your resume always add a cover sheet for your prospective employer so they can kinda get to know who you are as a person. That may help.

if you can't find anything. let me know if you are interested in selling financial services for a broker-dealer company. its not an FT job and you have to get your own license. but if you do happen to sell. the commission is good. I hope you find a great job soon!
B confident, always know it’s an employees market they need you one will turn up. There’s an employer out there you just got to be a little patient and don’t give.
Maybe a little bit of both if your willing to take an entry position you can probably get your foot in the door. Then it’s all up to your performance.
