I know there are courses which I don't have the money for right now, I'm interested in the course careers course but I'm looking for a job right now, I wanted to get the training to get the skills needed so I would get a high paying digital marketing job & start freelancing on the side to eventually be my own boss. I look at a lot of digital marketing videos on YouTube but there's so much to learn, what should I learn now & how can I learn it? Is watching a video good enough? I'd prefer hands on so I know what I have to do & how to do it, once I know how to it I can perfect it & that can lead to freelancing. Any tips? Thanks in advance #workfromhome #jobsearch #advice #digitalmarketing

Breaking into digital marketing requires a solid foundation in skills such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing and content marketing. While courses are a great way of learning, there are many free resources available which can be just as helpful. One good option is to start with the basics and learn as much as you can about the industry from blogs, articles and free online courses. You could also create a website or social media page and try out different marketing strategies, tracking their success to gain experience. It is important to stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to be competitive in the field. When looking for a job, be sure to check out Jobcase along with other job search providers to maximize your chances of finding the right opportunity. @Robert Lee When I first started learning about Real Estate Investing I watched YouTube videos, webinars, and attended seminars for 4 months straight 3-4 hours a day until I was ready to form my company. I also joined a Real Estate community and got myself a mentor/coach as well. If you don’t have the money for school those learning strategies will work as well. You just have to want to learn and practice and become obsessed with your goal to get into digital marketing.

Jobcase's data base may have some courses or information available. LinkedIn has 7 or 30 day courses to try, then you have to buy the monthly fee later. Keeping up with this is important to possible drafts later. Skimming through the search box doesn't hurt. It is fascinating. Again, check here at Jobcase.

@Robert Lee Hello Robert, a great way to break into digital marketing is to show your ability to grow a social media page. I’ve seen plenty of positions even ask for your professional or personal social media pages to see follower count, engagement etc. companies now a days invest a lot into these channels and a proven ability to grow them will give you an edge.
Do you have an friends that are influencers or content creators or know how to reach out to any? You can even start by assisting them with growing their social pages, this is hands on experience that can be used on a resume to prove competence with digital marketing.
Hope this helps and good luck! 👍🏼
