It depends on your position, facility type, location, etc. if you are at a regular store and not the store manager, be prepared to make minimum wage or close and to be understaffed. It’s in their work model to understaff every store to the point where it basically up to the store manager to complete the restocking. Also depends on your coworkers and the manager(s), I have seen some locations that thrived on the short staffed model. Market stores may pay similar but less staffing/stocking issues. I’ve heard the warehouse is actually quite pleasant.
