I would like to have known how contentious the relationship was between the two parties concerned. WM was in the process of integrating the J&M Recycling plant they had acquired in an attempt to 'go green'. Time was running out on the 1 year deadline WM had to learn the recycling business inside & out. I should interject that I was not originally hired for this position, but I saw the need and took over. I was basically working for two bosses. I was in the process of reconciling the P&L ledgers when I saw a huge billing error. Recycling had been suspicious because for the first time in the 30 yrs he owned the business, he had never shown such revenue losses. So when WM was alerted, I was fired.
