Out of ideas

I'm retired and living on my SS. Benefits. I repaired and refinished antiques and furniture for a long (50 yrs.) Career. Since the so called "pandemic", I have'nt been able to approach customers for fear of covid 19. I worked for uber a d Lyft for the last 5 yrs., but because I'm at high health risk myself, (70 and a stroke),. Are there any jobs out there for someone like me? #coronavirus

Denise is absolutely correct, Ronald. People desperately need your services and those that want it done properly are willing to pay the price. If you want, you can deliver or have customer come to you. If you're concerned, wear a mask.. For heavens sake, this is not rocket science!

Tri State Truck Driver at Maxfine Group Inc

Why don’t you get your CDL and become a truck driver, sir? The world is literally against me because my name is Peter Brown and there is a truck named Peterbilt so the police are doing everything they can to keep me from making money, why not prove you can do it better than I can? I will refer you to every company that refuses to accept me based on my age. They apparently want somebody “more mature”.

To "out of ideas": refinishing antiques is a skill and trade. There is demand for what you do. If you have an online portfolio and pictures people will seek you out. You just need a platform for people to find you.

Ronald , I am in that same boat! I am healthy however , the hiring For most over 60 (unless Some certain professionals) We are generally on the bottom of all lists . Certainly, Ssr is not a living wage . I just completed a class and am now holding a certification . Yet- competition is in their 20’s , 30s, 40, 50’s . The media keeps pushing Elders r at high risk ‘stay home’ -If I stay home much longer there will be no home in which to live !

Actively looking for full-time work

Hi Ronald! In my recent search for work, I came across a lot of work from home customer service positions. Is this something that you would be interested in? Checkout the website for UHS and other medical billing companies. WIRX, injured workers' pharmacies, these are work from home positions.
