I had been injured on the job due to working conditions. the company should have been written up by osha. After 2 injuries and a young manager brought in the writing was on the wall. After 7 years with previous manager and minor issues. HR and the new manager created issues to force my termination

Hi @EldonPurdy - if you have documentation surrounding the unfit working conditions and how they created problems to fire you, I would contact your local labor board and see if they can help.
After that, I would urge you to read through this conversation, as it can help you set your headspace and thoughts in order on what to do now that you have been terminated.
