anyone know what to do in order to get the pre paid cards for unemployment I've been trying for months and now my payments are delayed because of the account??

Did you try to switch it over from checks to the card?

Go into your e-services account, on the right side of the screen there should be options such as update address, manage my claim etc, one of those options should said “update my payment method”. Click that & from there select direct deposit, it will ask if you want the funds deposited into your bank account or if you would like a prepaid debit card mailed to you.
