Happy New Year! Wanted to reach out and ask if anyone knows of any hospitals or healthcare providers that are seeking business systems analyst roles in the Chicago area?

Been in the IT field for several years now and just completed my masters in Health Informatics last year. I have been focused on transitioning into the health sector as an analyst working with EMRs and the large data sets existing at most facilities to begin identifying trends for supporting population health. I have had several interviews with a few organizations (even a recommendation from a network contact) but I end up hearing nothing back from these places. The HR contact stops returning emails and phone calls when I attempt to inquire as to the situation; further, I don't even receive the template rejection email either.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong in these situations since I don't obtain any feedback from the companies, don't know if its lack of healthcare exp or too much IT experience. I've only been working within the healthcare field for a couple of years doing consulting with a small firm but the work is not consistent.

Been applying to numerous companies over the last year with no response from them. Even working with some agencies I've found they have no real insight into the positions or relationships with the hiring managers of those organizations. Any suggestions would be extremely helpful...
