Medical Case Management department Supervisor, if well supported by

1. a trainer for new Case Managers
2. computer program assistance for frequent auditing, so that staff and Management are well informed
3. Direct contact in many departments of the company with whom Supervisor or staff Case Manager can interact with to resolve the member/patient pre and post service situations, quickly.
