Microsoft supporting their hourly wage workers
Nice to see Microsoft supporting their hourly wage workers who would otherwise have lost wages due to #workfromhome policies during the #coronavirus outbreak.
"... we’ve decided that Microsoft will continue to pay all our vendor hourly service providers their regular pay during this period of reduced service needs. This is independent of whether their full services are needed. This will ensure that, in Puget Sound for example, the 4,500 hourly employees who work in our facilities will continue to receive their regular wages even if their work hours are reduced."

I am located in Florida but i will relocte if the pay rate is what I am looking for and I willing to work from home also so if anyone has any connection or know of any thing please let me know.

This is great leadership.

So great to see Microsoft stepping up and taking the lead on this. I hope many other companies will follow!
Here's another company doing well by its employees, REI. See the 4th bullet in this posting. https://www.rei.com/blog/news/eric-artz-actions-we-are-taking-around-the-coronavirus?cm_mmc=email_com_gm-_-20200308_FPM_Contingency-_-030820-_-mod1_cta1_journal&ev36=30704284&rmid=20200308_FPM_Contingency&rrid=243360155&ev11=1
