The most stressful day was when I learned that they were going to terminate me. I was called into a meeting with human resource people and they told me that they had serious concerns after pulling some of my notes. It just so happened that they were notes from the same client that my supervisor and I disagreed with. The "facts" they presented were half truths and twisted to demonize me. The other factor that I did not mention was that there were mandatory trainings that case managers had to complete. One of them had a new section on LGBT items and presented this as a healthy life style choice. I stated that I was a Christian and was trained to love everyone regardless of their behavior. This did not mean that this was good and acceptable behavior. The 2 top supervisors engage in this behavior.
