Within the first six months, I #MadeADifference......

Shortly after moving to this new location i relized that lots of problems existed within the inventory and shipping/receiving department. Also when classification rounds (quarterly inventory cleanup) occurred I found many flaws in the final processing. I did manage to get most of the bad habits corrected, changed several of the methods used for returns and have been constantly working on making ongoing improvements.
