Office Manager
I have always found it important to be respected by co-workers, and to respect them the same way - a "hello" and smile can go a long way in most situations. The hardest part about looking for a new position is that I was at my last position almost 22 years! It was very hard to be 'reorganized' out of a position that I loved to due every day.

Sorry to hear that. Respect is so important among coworkers yet, today many behave like the wrong morals are the new right... The world has gone choo- choo.
