Tips for Taking the Walmart Assessment Test

I just took the test and passed!!! I only used “strongly agree” or “strongly disagree” for all my answers - no middle ground. Try using the same strategy if you’re taking the Walmart assessment test anytime soon. Learn more about how to apply at Walmart.

My advice would be don't get into management in the first place. Walmart is a crap job. Look four something else. I mean unless u like getting coached, bc all asst managers will cover there rears by coaching you. I went from cashier to CSM to IMS Supervisor in 4 months. Thats a level 3 to a level 4. I'm a very smart and very hard worker who never misses a shift and i was coached on other peoples performances. After 3 coachings I stepped down, and my cogm wanted to just go back to bring a CSM do I did, and now bc the asset manager is covering their rear end she coached every CSM. I was given the option of either be terminated or step down. I stepped down just to by time while I look for a different job. My advice for anyone who works at Walmart... run!!!

Thanks Eric.. this is great information as an assessment comes with just about every position applied to these days. Congratulations on your win and in your new position.
