They have a completely different population. We have immigrants from all over the world speaking how many different languages and countless customs. NYC has instructions for registering your car in 12 languages. South Korea has Koreans. There’s also much less transparency and media “leaks” from unnamed sources starting scandal after scandal and reporting with extreme biases.
