Hi Charles, Lets start here: Please update your profile with any activity since 2010 that is work experience or volunteer experience (church, kids groups, anything you've done volunteering). Then ask a few friends or former coworkers to praise you (the 'ask for praise' button is on your my info page). And I suggest getting someone to take a picture of you with a bit better lighting and you smiling looking straight ahead for your profile shot. All this should take less than 5 minutes.

Do that and you now will have a great resume always at your fingertips (so long as your phone is with you) that you can shoot to someone in seconds once you hear of a cool opening.
Also - I, and others, can see a bit more of what you currently offer to a prospective employer so that I, and others, can help suggest the good fitting job openings.

Getting a job is a numbers game, so its great you are looking at General Mills - they are obviously a great company. But its in your interest to find a couple different jobs each day to apply to. Then make sure you followup the application. Do this everyday for a few weeks and you are sure to find something great.
