Has anyone appealed thr UI ? Is it really worth the headache to appeal ?

I was in NY making "x" Amount last year then transferred to Massachusetts Dec/19 - they only had my taxes from 18'. The transfer came with a 25% raise so yea it was worth it.....especially when the state gets more MAX per UI...so I had to just send them the new updated W2 and tax forms for 2019 in March so I could claim that I make more and entitled to more

It can be a headache
100% worth the effort to appeal in my opinion. UI systems in almost every state are overwhelmed and they do not always get the decision right the first time. That's why there is an appeals process. It will require patience, and may cause headache 🤕 , if it means you get the money that's owed to you (remember that while you were employed, you paid into the #unemployment insurance that you're now claiming) I think it's worth the hassle.
