What's one thing you've done to earn respect from a tough boss or skeptical coworker?
Done my job well and avoid all drama, gossip ect. I've got plenty of friends I am at work to work
I listen to the customer and see what is the issue, than i will give them a solution to help fix it.
Understanding and Consistent along with motivated in meeting the requirements of my job

Showed up anytime they needed and stayed over as long as they needed. Whatever it takes to get the job done
