OptumRx is hiring work from home Customer Service Representatives within Costa Mesa, CA.
This position is full-time (up to 40 hours/week) Sunday- Saturday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 5:00am-10:00pm. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.
The initial training shift will be 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
