I worked hard for this company for two years ,!! Made it all the way up yo asst manager and they continued to pay me 9$ an hour! I worked salary hours, I stayed overtime countless times 18-20 hours a day !! I worked for every restaurant in Columbus for bojangles , victory dr Schoenberg rd and airport thruway!! I never receive a raise and every payday I had to call the district manager about my check not being the hours I worked for!! I put in my dedication for two years and the district manager discrimination towards me lead to my departure!! They paid shift managers the exact same as me!! But all the other asst managers and and managers all made salary pay!! I simply talked to the district manager and he simply told me get what I give you or you can leave!! After all I did for the company they where not willing to give me not a quarter!! I will not recommend any African American to work for this company they will discriminate against you . They only hire young black women for manager because they want to have ladies and not men that they will have to pay for their hard work, as the white people get salary pay up to 40,000 dollars a year sad but true
