Besides a paycheck, what kept you coming back to work at Family Dollar every day?
It wasn't a bad early job for me. I met my wife while working there and had fun as an ASM. I had a good customer base and co-workers.
I got screwed out of a raise though qnd when minimum wage raised they did not bother to raise my ASM pay to kinda match. So I did more work for barely any reward.
What kept me coming back to family dollar is there kindness and hospitality they treat everyone with respect

The pay check was what kept me going back, untill I was robbed at gun point. This is a company that need a service for bank runs/deposits. Better security as well.
I like the hours
It was not a decision at first have to take care children and wasn't asking for anything from others pay bills
