That sucks Sharon, find your core breathing, the nervous system goes into a flight or fight mode and can alter our judgment when stressed.

Take some long deep breaths for about 3 to 5 minutes or take a short nap. Similar to the off and on when electronics are acting up, either of these actions well serve to reset your human avatar.

You made it through it! Its likely you have become a stronger wiser person from this experience. Imagine the you after today talking to the you before today you could really share some wisdom with your self. Thats a great thing! Don''t carry the baggage to much further and I commend your strength for making it through.
