Why do I have to leave my college off my job resumes. It seems like some people judge you off that. I carry a 4.8 gpa. And got accepted into Mensa. Does my intelligence scare them?

I've definitely seen resume that includes GPA. However the grading system varies in so many education system so it doesn't necessarily create a clear and specific narrative of your strengths. You can still take advantage of your academic achievement in different ways like building soft skills or highlighting strengths in your summary that is not just a numeric value of your grades.
