Nayfesa, Working with the public is a challenge I know I have done it for 39 years and it is a great challenge. It does improve your social skills. I think it also lets you gain confidence in yourself. Good for you and keep it up those people skills are good ones to have in life most don't realize that they build up communication skills also which are essential to everyday life.
