Having a Job at Ihop has been a wonderful experience for me. I have learned about myself along the way. The toughest part about a job is always acclimating to your new environment and learning the ins and outs of what you are doing. The best part about a job is being rewarded with a sense of purpose. As well as a feeling gratitude and accomplishment for being able to take on more responsibility that pays both physically and mentally.
