Quick read on explaining a gap in your work experience
I enjoyed this quick read and agree with a lot of the advice listed in how to explain a gap in your work experience. One thing to remember, it's quite common to have a gap in your resume...life happens to everyone...but it's how you frame it to a recruiter or hiring manager that determines how quickly you can get back to work.

Hey Will R ! This article definitely resonated with me. I agree with the author that if a gap in your resume comes up with the person interviewing you the best way to approach it is with honesty and brevity. Sometimes its hard to do but ask a friend or family member to mock interview you - this way you can practice what you want to say. I also think focusing on the future or what you can do for the company and interviewer you are talking to is where the focus should be. Thanks for sharing!

Hey Will R , great read! I like that the author offers a response strategy for employment gaps as a result of unexpected job loss (termination / Layoff).
"You can keep it simple by stating, “It was not a good fit” and sharing what you learned and could have done better."
This is a common pain point for job seekers today. Fear of not being considered, although highly skilled to perform the job, keeps a lot of Great Workers stuck!
Thanks for taking time to share this info Will R
It does not have to be any gaps within her resume / application if she know how to do it she can fix it so that her work continued until now even after the divorce. Trust me it can be done.
