My executive chef got angry to me because GUEST was angry because his order for mango tart for VIP was not good enough for his icing, the guest went out of dissappointed feelings and said he would not go back here to eat his favorite food

WHY ? because we did not realize that the server's icing server had been passed for 2 days and it was not in the temp room to maintain the icing properly and in good quality, but we did a new one and put it in the chiller where it took this server to put on mango tart and it has a label attached, it's a big deal in our work because it's a 5 star hotel with this kind of problem that neglected not to look at the food label before it was delivered to the guest so we got a mistake and did not repent anymore because we also know we have something wrong with what happened and here we are even more learned and careful not to happen again
