Personally, Customer service skills being able to do more than one station . Patience , and understanding that your going to encounter rude people. Your going to have busy days , your going to have slow days . I’m a manager and it took me a while to actually understand it but I love it 3 years strong . It’s a lot . Pizza Hut doesn’t pay like other places . I love it but with the way society is going production even managers should make Way more so look into that .

Most of the stuff they will teach you while you’re there but you need to be good at reading screens quickly, identifying the toppings on pizzas quickly, and being accurate in orders in both making and taking them.

It would also be good if you could also communicate with customers easily so you would have a easier time adjusting on you first days working there

Customer service and multitasking are the most valuable skills to work at any restaurant. Sometimes customers can be rude and aggressive, and their behaviors are not personal. I always smile and help them with good manners. In the end, They will thank you, and you will get over this situation without any conflict with them. Being patient is the key!

Multitasking was what really made the difference when I started serving. Having a mental ongoing list of what needed to be done and what still needed to be accomplished.
