Hi Jobcasers, I am having a really hard time finding work in the area Of Raleigh NC. I am 26 and have over 5 years of customer service experience, I am very reliable and very enthusiastic to work and can start IMMEDIATELY! It seems like Ive applied everywhere and Im running low on options, so Im doing everything in my power to find me a job as soon as possible! If anyone have a good heart and have a urge to help one another, if you could, can you send me jobs in that field within my area? I would appreciate it so much because maybe there are jobs that I am missing :( Thank you!

Hang in there

Hi Shawniqua Rasberry Are you still searching for a job? If so there are a number of BRAND NEW POSTINGS (just this weekend!) for Customer Service positions in Raleigh. One in particular that caught my attention is an opening for a Customer Service Supervisor with Burlington Stores. Hope all is well with you!

Customer service in what area?

Try temp agency's

I'm in Omaha, NE and going thru a very similar situation. I finally got a job at a brand new Anazon warehouse! Is there a location near you? I have been doing C.S for 15 yrs but have up. Check it out. They pay great! Lots of hotel chains like Marriott and Hilton have work from home C.S. good luck, hang in there

Hi,
I agree with thinking outside the box. Target specific industries like, insurance, healthcare, hospitality, state government etc. Also, try employment agencies.
Good Luck!

Think outside the box. Look up positions with NCSU. You may be well suited for positions in the HR field. Think position and long term career, not just a job. I retired from NCSU. It is a great place to work once you find the right position.

Have you tried American Airlines call center in Cary,NC

Im in the same boat. What i have been doing i have reset the job search options/alerts to notify me on jobs close to my preferences and nearby
Hey, sorry you are going through this tough time. The job market is different today and will only get worse. Jobs are tied more to who you know rather than your qualifications for the job. I see it more and more. Don’t let it get you down and try your best to keep your head up. My recommendation is get into something that may not be in your field of expertise until you get the job you seek. I say this speaking from experience 34 years old, bachelor and masters in business, 15 years of management and no one knocking at my door. Keep fighting.
