We had extremely slow processing times for our Asbestos testing results from the State. After 3 times of this, I went to Denver, the State testing facility. I organized a "meet and greet" with the facility Manager for the next day. When we met I asked to have the chain of custody explained to me. After a lengthy explanation, I explained how this redundant process was injuring the small businesses, and asked was there ANYTHING that could be done to streamline the process. The manager said he would look into it. After thanking him, we never had a testing process go past 5 days after that. Making it possible for us to be more competitive and a step ahead of our competition.
