Perks & Benefits information is INCORRECT, I can’t say for certain if in previous years seasonal employees received these perks but I can definitely say that as of 2019-present date they DO NOT. The “holiday meals” mentioned are referring to a free quality frozen turkey that given to permanent employees during thanksgiving & Christmas. Also Costco doesn’t offer an employee discount period. They religiously and accurately state the the prices offered are the lowest possible prices therefore they didn’t offer emp. Discounts. Did you know the vast majority of Costco’s profits come from membership sales not their merchandise? As an employee you’ll quickly understand why that is and how you can shop smart to get top quality products at an insane discount ranging anywhere from 30-90% off as long as you know what to look for.
