I have tried to apply for CVS many times and have Decades of experience and call center, pharmacy tech, and other skills that would be beneficial to the company. Yet every time I apply within 4 hours I get an email that they are not going to consider my application. This is very frustrating for someone who's trying to apply for a job that I feel I would be very qualified for and they would really appreciate having someone with my work ethic work there yet I feel like no one is actually evaluating my application and just denying me for some random reason. I worked at Revco Pharmacy in Nashville in 1995 to 1997 and CVS bought them. I was 19 years old when I worked there and I am 47 years old now and it is frustrating to me to continually be denied job opportunities because of something that happened when I was 19 before I ever really had valuable work experience as that was my second job I had ever had. I lost my child and missed work and went to the emergency room while visiting someone in the hospital and came to work the following day to be fired. So I feel like it's very unfair to be judged for an event in my life that I cannot change and I cannot go back and fix.
