My advice to people interested in working at #YWCA as a #Teacher ...

It is not a good company to work for. They do Not support their staff. Would not recommend.

My advice to people interested in working at #Ywca as a #Teacher ...

Don’t apply... they don’t follow state rules and you get written up or fired for calling out if you have a sick child or if you are sick... they are very racist

Before my interview at #YWCA I wish I knew... what kind of people actually ran the place.

This could have been a fantastic place to work but the management was very resentful to every Director that worked there. I only worked there for over a year before I couldn't take it anymore. In that time period there were 3 other Directors there. It was just a revolving door because the real horrible employees were the ones that got away with everything and the good/hard workers got taken advantage of until they couldn't take it anymore and quit. It could have been a great place to work but it was ruined.
