I am really busy with work this month and am traveling a ton but I want to be able to see my family more. what do i do?

I work two jobs right now and its exhausting. How should i deal with this?

Took time out of my work life to get married and start a family. Now, five kids and a dream house later, I have to go back to work. I have been filling out applications and sending out resumes daily with no success. I believe it's because I haven't had a job in over ten years so I look horrible on paper. Any ideas in the metro Detroit area?

Yes on -time to at 6a.m. in the snow , and cold this Jan 07' through Feb. 22nd 2015 I live two miles away mabey less and was an actuall in traing w/ benefits in this manufacturing plant I quit If one more Hispanic supervisor had of put his index finger to him lips while obsevreing me talkingof plant operations we we're basically screaming but smileing as we told stories things got so bad because I'm six feet four I couldn't hide and I'm black I could only understand the voices of actual americans that we we're wrote up as 505 production level after that time frame I said we all quit I think that smiling being black tall and happy in the actual company to as oppose to thousands of temps turn-over's of Hispanic origin may have piss people off that we we're happy all day ..LOl
