What are 3 actions I can take to clean up my online identity?
I’m not sure what employers do to look into my online activity so I want to make sure I have all my bases covered and avoid embarrassment.

Is it better to be respected than to be liked at work?

I'd go for respect, it's nice if people like you but respect is something you earn. I've never been one to need a lot of friends where I work.

How do employers determine which employee to fire or lay-off?
I’ve often heard that these decisions are competent related but I don’t think this is always the case. My company is discussing some changes for 2016 and I want to make sure that I’m doing everything possible to keep my job.

What’s the future of in-store retail jobs if sales trends continue to shift online?
I’m concerned about the future of the old ‘brick and mortar’ retail stores as more and more shopping is done at home and online. Maybe it’s time to consider an alternate career option.

Should I focus on working for my boss or my company to get ahead?

UR bosses priorities should be aligned to the corp. goals so support him/her 1st and everything else should fall into place.

Both should strive for the same goals.

Problem Solving question - An angry customer has just complained. You:
- Ask him to explain why he is upset.
- Ask him how he would like the problem resolved.
- Call your manager over to help him.
- Listen to him.
- Calmly explain to him that he isn’t correct.

What the 3 behaviors I can practice to get from Crew Member to Kitchen Manager?
I recently started a Chipotle Crew member job that I’m really enjoying and excited about. My goal is to get to the next level as a Kitchen Manager soon so I can receive better pay and afford p/t undergraduate studies.

Assessment question help - When I disagreed with a supervisor, I most often:
- Reached a compromise by talking it out.
- Combined our ideas to find a solution together.
- Kept my opinions to myself.
- Presented my side in a way my supervisor would find agreeable.
- Did not back down on what I thought was right.
Thank You

Any tips on how to approach my supervisor about poor shift scheduling?
My schedule changes week to week which is in itself already difficult to plan personal events around but my supervisor constantly changes my schedule at a moment's notice to cover up his scheduling mistakes. Last week I was called in to cover but I refused because of a previous engagement I couldn't cancel and was punished with a horrible schedule this week.
