I really don't remember if anyone had an issue, I have always try to do my best to help anyone and to the customers I just wanted to maintain that good quality service to them. And for everyone to do their job and do it right while on the job, I would pick up that responsibility if someone didn't come in or we're late. But don't decide to come in after I had already did their job. Other than that you should talk to the management about any issue before making a decision and get their opinion on the issue. You are to work together and make decisions as a team. That's what I thought.

I loved the work schedule that I had the hours and was able to open in the mornings and get off before to late. The people that I worked with, I loved, The customers that came in were awesome, the area was great. Even thou, I traveled from Currie, it was okay. I worked everyday hard and did my job and more even thou I held the shift leaders title, I was doing the job that was required and more. I followed the rules on how things were to be done, But some didn't!! They did it their way, no matter what!!

I began working at Wendy's April 17, 2018 and I quit May 14, 2018. When I first got there I was like oh finally a job. I expected to be trained properly so I can do my job to the best of my ability when to my surprise I was left alone on my first day to pretty much fend for myself. I barely got hours. I worked maybe 9 hours a week and was told well your supposed to call daily to find out if you have work. I kept my mouth shut and kept doing my job the best I could. I had asked the manager a question and got a response when I began to act on what I asked I was screamed at in front of everyone. One of the co-workers and myself was talking about the situation and was told to drop it I kinda got upset and said I don't think it's fair you spoke to me like you did and she began to tell me shut my mouth or I wouldn't have a job. I'm sorry but I'm not going to be spoken to like that. I clocked out and went home quitting my job. I absolutely refuse to be degraded and spoken to like I'm some kind of Savage. I am a human and deserve respect so as for that being said if you don't want to be treated like complete garbage STAY AWAY!!!

Received some bad news on Thursday that I didn’t get the job at the shake shack. The hours they needed me to work didn’t fit into my schedule. Just received a call from Wendys today for a job interview. Hopefully I will get it. Wish me luck!

I worked at Wendy's on Speedway in Tucson. I got fired after returning from a 3 week vacation to get married. Badrieh the manager didn't want me to go on it because she needed me so bad. I was a 45 plus hour a week manager. But I went anyway only after postponing it twice!!! She was so petty , when I returned she didn't have me on the schedule. Then she finally had me work...a morning shift when all I did before was close. I rocked it anyway. She was so upset she couldn't get anything to complain about. So , instead, she picked a fight with me and fired me! Don't go to the Wendy's Speedway store. She treats all her employees like trash! The place is never cleaned properly because she doesn't order enough cleaning supplies! It's horrible! Don't work there and whatever you do....DONT EAT THERE !!!!
