It had a great environment to work in. It was easy work hours and pay wasn't bad either. Training for management for this restaurant corporation was easy and management of employees will trust you as wellz

So i had to work saturday but i couldn't go t work because i was broke down in my truck and i had nobody else to give me a ride to work. i was also 2 hours from work but with rush hour would have been up to 4 hours. I ended up calling work 3 hours ahead of my shift and told the gm the issue. she said ok well then she texted me back and said i need to be there. She said it is just me and one other person closing and well i told her i'd try but i doubt i will be able to get there to work. Ended up she texted me said i have 3 write ups if i do not show and that i will be terminated. Terminated over a broke vehicle and not able to get to work? Wendy's i am sorry but that is the worst company to ever work for and the fact they got roachs, people smoking weed, and the fact the crew keeps breaking rules and the managers wont do anything about it is the issue.

well never heard back from wendys near me... i had interview august 13th and the guy lied straight to my face when he said i would hear something back from them the following week... that was frustrating. but then i had 2 interviews back to back at bob evans near me and still havent heard back from them... they are busy so hoping that is the reason. i have filled out so many applications online for different restaurants... i keep trying and well today i got a text from cracker barrel to set up an interview... well i called this morning and was told to call back at 3 this afternoon... well i did and i have an interview set up for tuesday sept 4. i have been busting my butt since beginning of august to get on somewhere full time or part time either way i would be satisfied with just to be working to contribute to my little family... my toddler and boyfriend. wish me luck! :)

I enjoy working at Wendy's until one of shift manager pass away that hurted us. But if I can work at Wendy's again I know I will enjoy working with team members.

It sucks working at wendys the manager sucked and too much favoritism from the managers.
