Hello friends, I am new to California and previously i worked in India. Past 4 months trying to get into a IT firm since i have working knowledge in php, html, css. web maintenance etc. But most of the recruiters call me and ask if i have experience in USA...Some direct clients after reviewing my resume they tell not a perfect match. Since i am new here i got stuck and tensed with my career and don't know how to move forward. I look for entry level or junior level position also with a monthly pay or like that. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated..
