The biggest mistake I made as a #Warehouseworker at #Targetdistributioncenter ...

Not fighting my corrective actions that I felt were unjust I am someone who can pull 350 to 380 cart per hour when the norm is 180 to 200 a hour but that doesn't matter when you make a mistake you are defined by those things not by all the good you've done or the trends an he helpful elements around the warehouse that were your idea an has helped people these things are forgotten but all is not lost

My advice to people interested in working at #Amazon as a #Warehouseworker ...

Don't wear heavy clothes, even if you are cold going into work, it may start out chilly but within 15-20 minutes of starting work, you will be asking someone to turn on a fan. Keep a coat with you if your shift goes outside on the cold mornings. But be ready to feel like your working in the middle of a warm spring day if your shift is primarily inside the warehouse. You will be moving A LOT, keep yourself comfortable, stay hydrated and keep yourself safe.

The biggest mistake I made as a #WarehouseWorker at #trailking ...

the biggest mistake I ever made it croaking is an easy answer who was trusting someone else. when someone told me they had their chains and rigging hooked up properly and we started to lift it and it fell on their end no one was hurt but they very well could have been it was a scary situation when I was asked how to stop this and make sure it never happened again we came up with a solution that was still used today and that is you check both ends with both people
