Is there a case for discrimination if the reason for not getting a job is not having the covid vaccination, when it's not mandated by law and my religion does not believe in it?

I loved working with seniors I had a great experience
I would love to work there again if Possible But can not receive any shots to work there What is your policy. Sahjahs@gmail.com

Yeah trying to get in that's the hardest part you got to have family in there or something usually and then they do background check if you got bad background your screw there but don't be afraid to get down and dirty when you get in there cuz I might not get another shot that might be the thing for me I might not get another shot I'm trying but 70 applications or more I'm still out of work I updated everything facing the computer trying and trying we'll see what happens tomorrow trying to stay positive

Waiting for them to make a decision that's the hardest part I'm not working for him I guess right now cuz I'm waiting for my background to come through I got shot down once already I appealed it and now I'm waiting probably to get shot down again I think it takes too long just yes or no you know that simple instead of drag it out maybe it's just cuz I have a bad record but driving record

False Recruiter
Putting it out there that if you're looking for a job, be VERY careful. I spent 2 hours talking with a "Hiring Manager" from Progressive. I was looking through my email for something, and 3 emails, one of which from Progressive, had screen shots of an email which was almost a duplicate of the one I got. The name was given, and I asked her questions. While doing that I called Progressive, and Surprise! Surprise! She was nowhere in their data base.

First screen shots them save crop and use select the drive app and select android files there u go
