Mandatory Vaccination made me leave after 17 years of PCA work.

It is illegal for a company to refuse you a job if you are either wrong religion or wrong color so why is it OK for them to refuse you a job because you don’t have the Covid vaccination is that job discrimination???!!! Someone please let me know cause I’m kinda confused on the subject.

I'm a care giver fully vaccinated been in the field for 6 years looking for evening work

By using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ) to prevent or minimize exposure to Covid -19 & such Biological hazards ,Radiological hazards , chemical hazards electrical hazards , Machanical hazards , Airborne & droplet infections . Will Used or wear KN 95 mask all the time without PPE exposure can lead to injuries & serious illness . Dispose all Biohazard trash & sharp in proper containers Always wear disposable Gown & wash hand & change gloves between each patient ..Also I have complete vaccination profile up date . Also had Covid - 19 vaccine as order by Physcian.

By wearing KN 95 Mask all the time used to to prevent Corona & using Personal protective Equipment ( PPE ) to prevent or minimize exposure to hazards such as Biological Hazards , Radiation hazards , chemical hazards , electrical hazards & machanical Hazards Without PPE exposure could lead to injuries & illness . Wash hand between patient & wear Gloves & wear disposable Gown also I vaccination profile update

My Job makes me be tested every week for COVID since I am not vaccinated. There are only 2 of us out of 100+ Go on my day off without pay.

On my previous job I worked with client’s with special needs.I resigned because I felt unsafe due to the coronavirus running rampant through out the facility,that was in 2020 but now I’m fully vaccinated and I feel better about going back to work in some capacity.

Should it really be required to wear a mask where you work especially if you've received all of your shots plus the booster?

I was let go after 12 years because I didn't want to get the covid vaccine
