The environment that we work around and the flexible hrs for schedualing

the travel and various surroundings I worked at,although I finally found a permanent job I never actually quit be cause I enjoyed working for them in fact I'm still an employee.

What is a good staffing agency to ? I have a hearing disability and my age is 65 . I am a good worker, the company I workes for over 25 years . Down sized and I was let go at 64 .

I was working for a Temp agency doing a job that I really liked. I was doing extremely well, and caught on quickly. I worked for 4 weeks and had to go to the ER for kidney stones, I missed the 1 day but went back the next day. I worked 4 1/2 hrs the next day and I was doubled over in pain and crying..but still working..when the Supervisor came up and told me that I really needed to go home, that there was no way I could stay and work in that much pain. I left and went straight to the ER again. I recieved a call the very next morning and was fired for missing 2 days! I have tried to talk to the HR manager, the plant manager, they won't respond. This has left me heartbroken..just seems so wrong. Both the Temp agency and the client was contacted about me being sent home by the Supervisor. The Temp agency did not try to stand up for me at all..nor find me another assignment.

Has anyone had staffing agency age discriminate? I've had 3 meet & greets. Everything went great. Got 2 interviews without getting the job on either. One excuse was that the other applicant was located closer to the job. After that I have been ghosted. I emailed one back & got this reply "I will have to do some digging to see what we have that could be a good fit for you." I have been applying for administrative assistant positions & they continually are posting those jobs.....I just turned 60...and I half 12+ years experience. How would you go about proving that? FYI I am getting interviews on my own too.

How do I get help to get a job from Kelly service

I'm very frustrated, I got a temp job and the posting said 5+ months, but I was notified today my assignment has ended. It's only been 3 weeks, and all I was told was that they were making changes and for business reasons they decided to end my assignment. I've been trying to find a good job for awhile and really thought this was a good job for me.

I'm very frustrated, I applied for a temp job that was supposed to be 5+ months and today I heard from the temp agency I was with that my assignment was ended and it's only been 3 weeks. I can't seem to keep a job and it's very disheartening, I don't know why this keeps happening.

Found it time consuming with no guarantee of employment for that day. I spent more money getting up there by 5AM but only about 30% of the time I was picked for a job that day. It’s an okay staffing agency if you can get there early and don’t mind waiting until 7-8AM for job placement. Other than that staff is super nice and creditable.
