THE BEST thing about working for #Target is

The PEOPLE! I have worked with the public all my life. Mostly in the food industry as A Manager. Now with my Health failing I had to find something to keep me busy. So after a few years passed I returned to the workforce again... This time as a part time employee. I was Hired by Target in Harrisburg, I loved it They Named me the Redcard King, it’s a Target thing. After 1 year there my Wife and I decided to move back home. And I transferred to Harmar, 4 more years and I loved my job, even on my worst day ( health wise). I had fun at my Job!!! I think it was one of My 1st bosses that said something I still practice today......First comes your Health, then your Family, last your Job! I hope someone will get something out of my Rambling,

Lawrence E Patterson

It is My Winning Season

Greetings Jobcasers. I just landed another Work From Home Opportunity with Sykes. I will start on Monday, July 23, 2018 and I will be working from 9a-5p Monday through Friday only. God has truly blessed me with two work from home opportunities. On July 3, 2018, I started a Work from Home Opportunity with DaDaABC. I work a couple hours early in the morning from 6am-8am Monday through Friday teaching Chinese children English as a second language. Moreover, I also work in the Grocery Stores, Walmart and Target doing in-store Demos and Sampling. I

I was let go from my job in November of 2016, moved to another state in January of 2017. Started working a little bit as a Substitute Teacher, Driving for LYFT and Doing Demos in the stores. In December 2017, I was involved in a serious automobile accident with a Fire Truck. That left me unable to work or support myself. Thank God for friends and family. I have been in recovery from December 2017 until June 2018. God is still in the Blessing business. In a world and time of uncertainty, It is necessary to have a rock and refuge to assist us with this journey in life. God is the Alpha and Omega of everything and to be successful you need his lead and close. "Don't Give Up!!!" Keep Going and Know that God is with you!!!Blessings and Favor to All.

Why working at Target ROCKED!!

Some of my favorite things about working for Target was that they actually offer all the things they say they will in the job description. No BS! They support their employees or at least my store did.

-Flexible scheduling (I worked here while in school so when I needed time off it was great) -Decent pay (not too bad for me at the time) -Free food/drinks/events often (at least once a month, usually every other fri) -The ability to promote, equal opportunity (won't work anywhere that isn't) -Surveys to try to improve the team's morale and conditions (I don't love these but they do help I guess). -Willing to relocate you, if needed (a few of my co-workers moved).

Good luck to those looking to work for Target!

I got fired

So it's been about a month that Ive been fired from my old job at Target. I've been working there for 9 months. I really liked that place. People liked me because I would always do anything people asked of me. I was hard working, dependable, and always willing to do anything to stay. I got along with everyone. There was this one guy that i really got comfortable with. I expressed my edgy and controversial humor with him. I thought he was okay with it because he would react in a joking way. He wouldn't get upset or angry, just shocked that I said it, but then smiled and laughed.

One day, my boss and HR manager told me that it was my last day at work. I instantly knew he told them. They also had other people who told them about me. They really didn't want to fire me because they liked me a lot, but corporate says no.

This isn't the first time I was warned, just a previous meeting in the past for a similar incident. About a month prior. But I didn't sign anything or receive any formal warning. Just a heads up.

Was my firing just? Any comments or advice will help #Corporation #fired #Target
