I’m so excited!!

I just got offered a job as a camp counselor for the day camps at my local YMCA! I remember being a kid and going to camps and wanting to always do that and now I get too!!! I get to spend the summer hanging out, having fun, and teaching these kids! Best summer job ever!

Summer job

Hello! I was wondering if this is the same person I talked to a few days ago. But I would like to work here and can start asap, but I can only work over the summer and I remember being told about having a more permanent job rather than part-time. Let me know if I'm still able to apply for the job part time. Thank you!

Farming in Metropolis

I live in a big city where the talk of the town is all about technology and manufacturing. I see myself working with the earth as soon as I finish high school and save enough money to move to the mid or southwest. But, where can I go to get farming experience now? A summer job would be great but I will also take on a volunteer job if someone would be willing to take me on with no previous experience. I’m not afraid of getting my hands dirty and will work for lunch money as long as I can learn how to grow. My dad say’s to apply for work at a grocery store or supermarket but I don’t want to stock vegetables I want to grow them. Where can I start looking?

What should I ask?

I read somewhere on here that I should prepare questions to ask the hiring manager. I'm competing with other applicants for a retail stocker position this week. They told me to read all the information about the position on the job description. What would be some good questions I can ask the hiring manager? This is going to be my first summer job ever so I want to make a good impression to get hired.

Whats a good summer job for a HS Junior?

I have a very laid back summer camp counselor job I’ve been doing for the last 2 summers this summer but I think I should find something where I can learn about business and have more responsibilities. Any suggestions?
