its a place with good workers and i love it there. i got taught everything there from a mans job to a womens job so like i was moving funiture and doing labors job and hanging clothes. all sorts of stuff like that.

We were always understaffed. Never knowing until we clocked in where we would be working. At first coworkers said its a float position.

I learned how to build a team, utiluze their strwngths, minimize their weaknesses while making them feel special. I gave them the credit while I took any blame, and then built confidence among senior managemwnt that i woyld make fertain any problem woyld be fixed and never happen again. I built trust upward and downward.
